If you really wanted to audit how money is spent by district management/level administrators I guarantee it would add up to millions of dollars of waste. I also have children in the district and am sad about the impact it will have on them. But, I cannot justify giving that kind of money to an institution which I KNOW will find a way to waste much of it.
